John Dugan, 53, of Wellington, KS passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019 at his home.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial has been established with the Bryce Day Memorial Foundation PO Box 102, Wellington, KS 67152.

John Darren Dugan was born June 9, 1965 in Wellington, KS the son of Francis and Shelba (Riker) Dugan. He graduated from Wellington High School in 1984.

John is survived by his companion, Cindy Hizar of the home; his daughter April of Wellington; his mother, Shelba and his sister Rhonda both of Oklahoma.

He is preceded in death by his father.
