Billie Foiles Obituary

Billie Collean Foiles, 87, of Arkansas City, KS passed away March 29, 2024.

There are no services scheduled. Arrangements are entrusted to Shelley Family Funeral Home.

Billie was born July 19, 1936, in Arkansas City to parents Virgil and Wilma (Burr) Graham Sr. She attended Arkansas City High School and worked at GE Aerospace in the parts department. Billie enjoyed Bingo, tending her orchard, birdwatching, and spending time with her grandkids.

Survivors include her son Tony Foiles (Kristi), grandchildren Brandon Foiles (Caity), and Tessie Kentner (Matt), and great-grandchildren Isaac Foiles, Slade Kentner and Clara Kentner. She is preceded in death by her parents, and siblings: Virgil Graham Jr., Gary Graham, Donald Graham, Wilda Trent, MaryAnn Seidel, and Joyce Graham.
