Bobby Ray Albin, 93 of Arkansas City, KS passed away Monday, December 4, 2023 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, December 11, 2023 at Hillcrest Bible Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 2-4 PM Sunday, December 10 at the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City. Private graveside services will be held at Sumner Memorial Gardens in Wellington at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Hillcrest Bible Baptist Church, donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home.
Bob was born on March 25, 1930, in Geary, OK to parents Merle B. and Vanda M. (Stephens) Albin. He graduated from Geary High School and started working for Otasco and worked there for over 40 years as a manager. On February 6, 1997 he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Connie Johnson. Bob enjoyed fishing, gardening, OU football, and was a faithful member of Hillcrest Bible Baptist Church.
Bob is survived by his wife Connie, son Randy Albin (Sandy), stepchildren Larry Graham (Connie), Cathy Pike (Kevin), Cami Austin (Kevin), Charlotte Terrill (Dennis), nephew David Creveling, 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Patsy J. Creveling, and granddaughter Autumn Terrill.
