Elsie Marshall Obituary

Elsie K. Marshall, 71, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

Elsie was born December 21, 1949 in Cedar Vale, KS the daughter of Eugene Clarence Marshall and Wanetta Adams Gibbs. She was previously a resident at the Winfield State Hospital, and in recent years lived at Twin Rivers in Arkansas City. She will be missed by the Caregivers at Twin Rivers and all who knew her.

She is survived by her sister Novell Keys of Emporia, KS, and her sister-in-law in Peabody, KS. Elsie is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Marshall.

Cremation will take place and Elsie will be laid to rest at the Ozro Cemetery on Eagle Road in Cedar Vale, KS at 2:00 PM Friday, November 12, 2021. Arrangements are in the care of Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
