Fred Dee Spencer

Fred Dee Spencer, 83, of Oxford, KS passed away Sunday, September 21, 2025 at the Winfield Veterans’s Home.

Fred was born July 15, 1942 in Quieda, OK to Dee Louis Spencer and Mary Spencer. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1967. He worked at Learjet as a mechanic. Fred was united in marriage to Gwenda June Kelly on December 11, 1981, they spent many happy years together.

Fred is survived by his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Nathan and Brenda Biddle, sister-in-law Gloria Davis and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife and, brother and sister-in-law.
