Holly Jean Castetter

Holly Jean Castetter, 61, of Arkansas City, KS, passed away on February 4, 2023.

A celebration of life will be held at 4:00 P.M. Saturday, February 11, 2023, at the home of Buddy and Candi Musgrove, 6646 Maitland Ave. Arkansas City, KS 67005. A memorial has been established in Holly’s name with the American Diabetes Association. Contributions may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City, KS.

Holly was born on December 26, 1961, to Delbert and Deloris Peters. She was united in marriage to Rick Castetter on February 6, 2003, in Arkansas City, KS. Holly was a do-it-yourselfer. She enjoyed trying new things, collecting miscellaneous items and was a social butterfly.

Holly is survived by her husband Rick, sons Zachary Williams and Carl Bowker Jr., daughters Candi Musgrove, and Melissa Coble, a sister Debra Johnson, brothers Nathan Peters, and Gerald Peters, 6 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, and a granddaughter Nichole Coble.
