Jeffrey Earls

Jeffrey “Jeff” “O.G.” “Bubba” Earls, 56, of Arkansas City, KS passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at William Newton Hospital in Winfield.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery. The family will greet friends at the funeral home 5-7 P.M. Friday, June 4th. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society, donations may be left in the care of the funeral home.

Jeff was born February 9, 1965 in Oklahoma City the son of Ralph and Patsy (Hicks) Earls. He attended high school in Mustang, OK. Jeff worked the last 6 years in the streets department for the city of Arkansas City. He enjoyed fishing, drinking beer, riding motorcycles, and spending time with friends. Jeff was very knowledgeable in many areas and was always willing to lend a helping hand, he will be missed by all.

Survivors include his sister Judy Earls, brother Ralph Earls, Jr. and wife Joyce, nieces and nephews: Josh Earls, Gus Earls, Jamie Farzi, Suzan Farzi and Robin Ladusau. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Sue Farzi.
