Patrick William McCoy

Patrick William McCoy, 67, of Arkansas City, KS, passed away on Wednesday morning, September 23, 2020, at his home.

Cremation will take place and the family will have a memorial service at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, October 5, 2020 at Hope Cemetery.   Memorials have been established with St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or online at www.stjude.org   

Pat was born on November 25, 1952 in Arkansas City, KS, the son of Ernest and Marjorie (Campbell) McCoy.  He graduated from Arkansas City High School in 1970.  As a child, Pat was baptized in the Methodist Church locally.  Pat was an auto body specialist and loved drag racing, figure 8 racing, fishing, playing pool and wiener dogs.

His family includes: his children, Wayde McCoy of Arizona; Kandi Ann Coyle (Paul) of Pennsylvania; his sisters, Ann McCoy Honeyman (David) of Ft. Smith, AR and Debbie McCoy Alba of Arizona and 5 grandchildren, Madison, Brooklyn, Jace, Jenna and Paige.   He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Mike and Tim McCoy.
