Rafaela Rodriguez, 91, passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022 at Alderbrook Village in Arkansas City, KS.
Rafaela was born in Manati, Puerto Rico September 16, 1930 the daughter of Jose and Maria (Perez) Rodriguez. She worked at an undergarments factory in Puerto Rico. Rafaela enjoyed being a homemaker, sewing, going to the casino, and cooking.
Survivors include her children: Rafael M. Quinones and wife Angela, and Jose M. Quinones and wife Stacey, Luz C. John and husband Herb, as well as 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Angel Quinones, and son Angel Manuel Quinones.
Cremation will take place, no services will be held. Arrangements are in care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.
