Randolph “Randy” Montgomery Hall, 73, of Burden, KS, passed away on April 29, 2024, at William Newton Memorial Hospital in Winfield.
A celebration of life service will be held at Noon, May 25th, 2024 at the Burden City Pavilion.
Randy was born on April 15, 1951, in Fredericksburg, VA, to parents Frank and Loettia (Montgomery) Hall. He joined the Navy after high school where he was on a ship until he was medically discharged. On March 16, 1985 he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Ellen Jill Cantor, in Poughkeepsie, NY. Randy worked as a bag printer for over 34 years before retiring. He was very proud of his work and knew all of the details of printing. After retirement, he worked at the Winfield Wal-Mart as a janitor. Randy enjoyed knife sharpening, everything about guns, astronomy, woodworking and was a jack of all trades; he had a special rescue cat named Oliver, but most of all he loved being with his grandkids.
Randy is survived by his daughter Heather Hall-Willard and her husband Joseph, son Arron Taylor, and grandchildren Reese, Lucas, and Elliot, and brother, Tim Weaver .
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife and sister Bonnie Koster.
