Obituary
Richard “Peanut” Earl Osborn, 72, of Winfield, KS passed away Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
Peanut was born October 20, 1949. He worked for Smith and Moon at Strotherfield for several years, and later was medically disabled. He loved motorcycles, working outdoors, helping neighbors, he also enjoyed tinkering with engines and was very mechanical-minded.
Survivors include sons Richard E. Osborne II and wife Linda, and Ted Osborne, grandson Stephen Osborne, stepson Larry Osborne and his daughters: Michelle, Ashley, Heather, and Valerie, brother David Osborn, and numerous extended family members. Peanut is preceded in death by his parents, and grandson Justin Osborne.
Cremation will take place, no public services are scheduled. Donations may be made to the Shelley Family Funeral Home to defray expenses.
