Thomas Welch Obituary

Thomas Welch, 76, of Wellington passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020 at Wellington Health and Rehab.

Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time.

Thomas A. Welch was born June 25, 1943, the son of Don and Lila Welch in Wellington, Kansas. He graduated from Wellington High School and joined the U.S. Navy. Thomas was united in marriage to Ellen (Sandberg) Welch. He was a truck driver.

Thomas is survived by his daughters: Judy Rusk and husband Mark, Sherry Boardwell and husband Richard, Lei Loni Hearsch and Sandra Welch; sons: Jimmy Hearsch and Patrick Hearsch; mother, LilaMay Welch of Wellington; sister, Kathlee DeFore of Wellington; 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Ellen and father, Don Welch.
